  • CP Series is stainless steel end suction standardized chemical pumps to EN733 / ISO 2858 / DIN 24255. They shaft are designed in stainless steel AISI304 grade with optional AISI 316 shaft. The Cartridge Seals are available in Tungsten Carbide or Silicon Carbide.


FEATURES:

Horizontal, single-entry, single-stage to ISO2858. It’s simple to disassemble them for the design of the radially split volute pump casing in back-pull-out with radial impeller.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Capacity: Flow Quantity up to 200 m /h
  • Heads: Pressure Head up to 100 Meters.
  • Pump Sizes: DN32 to 100 (12 ISO range)
  • Operating pressure: P up to 25 bar
  • Operating temper. : -15 C ~~180 C

APPLICATIONS:

  • Based on IOSO 2858/DIN24255 the standard design with AISI304 impeller, combined with split volute casing pump in back-pull-out design and mechanical seal set. Seal and single stage, single-entry.
  • Pump casing whole use in AISI304 material.
  • With visual inspected oil mirror to check the lubricant oil to ensure the

pump is suitable for continuous running.

  • Designed with AISI 316 are optional, also the mechanical seal. Seal could be changed into silicon /ce type, special custom-made is available.
  • Application in chemistry, food, paper works, sea water station, environmental equipment usage.
