01 · SUBMERSIBLE DEWATERING PUMP
KT Series
McKarlen KT submersible dewatering pumps for suitable construction-site, deep-well, tunnel and mining dewatering duties. The model is confirmed against flow, head, solids size, electrical supply and operating conditions.

02 · TYPE AND SERIES POSITION
KT submersible dewatering pump family, selected by model and actual conditions
KT is a submersible pump family with a top discharge and bottom strainer. The product image represents the family and is not assigned to one specific model.

Submersible dewatering pump
The technical source identifies 15 KT models with separate data for duty, power, outlet size, dimensions and solids passage.
- Select by flow and head
- Review sediment and solids
- Confirm electrical supply by model

Configuration confirmed by model
The source drawing shows the discharge outlet, handle, mechanical seal, oil chamber, pump casing, impeller, strainer and bottom plate.
- No whole-pump material inference
- No configuration transfer between models
- Documents supplied by model
03 · EQUIPMENT APPLICATIONS
Dewatering contexts stated in the KT source
These are brochure application contexts. They do not guarantee that every KT model is suitable for every liquid or site.
Construction-site dewatering
Review flow, head, sediment, installation depth and electrical supply before selection.
Tunnel and underground works
Confirm the water, solids, discharge arrangement and actual operating schedule.
Mining-area dewatering
Review liquid abrasiveness and the required material configuration by model.
Deep-well dewatering
Review water level, installation depth, power cable and equipment lifting arrangement.
Reclamation-area dewatering
Consider only after the water, sediment and duty point have been submitted.
Suitable river-water intake
Do not select from the application name alone; review debris, sediment and intake conditions.
04 · KEY TECHNICAL DATA
KT data retained in the fixed field order and model scope
The quick ranges below summarize the KT table. They do not replace curve review and model confirmation at the required duty point.
KT Series – controlled data
No single configuration applies to the full family
05 · PERFORMANCE AND DUTY RANGE
The 50 Hz curve must be confirmed for the exact KT model
Curves from another family are not used, and KT is not selected from one maximum table value.
Flow + head + solids
The duty point must be checked on the model curve together with liquid, solids, electrical supply and operating schedule.
Model groups on the KT source page
The source curves carry KT labels, but KT-455 appears in two chart groups. To avoid publishing the wrong curve, the document is supplied after model confirmation.
Mixed-family chart not displayed
These two models appear on a page that also contains curves from another family. The source image is excluded from the public preview; a clean KT curve is required.
06 · MATERIALS AND CONFIGURATION
Materials confirmed by component and model
A component material is not converted into a claim that the complete KT Series uses one material throughout.
Impeller
Chromium iron casting
Confirm by model and configuration.
Casing
Ductile cast iron
Confirm by model and configuration.
Strainer / Shaft
SUS304 / SUS420
Confirm separately by component and model.
07 · INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
Installation and operating conditions by KT model
McKarlen provides equipment-related guidance. System design and site execution remain with the responsible project parties.
08 · TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
KT documents are supplied by model and revision
The old combined-family brochure is not a public download because it contains legacy identity and two product families.
Selection documents
Supplied after the model and duty point are confirmed.
Configuration documents
Confirm the revision before use.
10 · SPARE PARTS, WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES
Support based on the model, equipment identity and operating conditions
Provide pump photos, nameplate details, delivery records, duty point and actual operating condition for review.
Model-specific spare parts
Identify parts from the model, configuration, serial information and component photos.
Warranty requests
Review delivery records, operating data, liquid conditions and actual inspection findings.
After-sales technical support
Equipment-related guidance, operating-data review and product-document support.
11 · MODEL SELECTION
Submit the duty point and liquid data to select KT
The technical team will review the data, identify missing inputs and discuss the required model, configuration and documents.
