01 · LARGE-VOLUME AXIAL-FLOW / MIXED-FLOW SUBMERSIBLE PUMP
BL Series
McKarlen BL large-volume submersible pumps use an axial-flow or mixed-flow hydraulic configuration according to model. Application contexts include aquaculture, irrigation, water drainage and landscape fountains. Confirm the model against flow, head, liquid, electrical supply and installation conditions.

02 · TYPE AND SERIES POSITION
BL large-volume axial-flow / mixed-flow submersible pump family
BL is a vertically arranged submersible pump family with an axial-flow or mixed-flow hydraulic configuration depending on model. Review the four documented models against the duty point, liquid, electrical supply and actual installation conditions.

Axial-flow / mixed-flow submersible pump
The BL model scope covers BL-63.7, BL-85.5, BL-107.5 and BL-1211, each with its own rated point, power, discharge, overall dimensions and weight.
- Select by flow and head
- Confirm impeller type by model
- Check electrical and installation configuration
BL configuration by model
The BL evidence records a 3-phase, 4-pole, 1500 rpm dry motor at 50 Hz, Class F insulation, IP68 protection, auto-cut protection and a double mechanical seal. Confirm voltage, exact impeller type and final supplied configuration by model.
03 · EQUIPMENT APPLICATIONS
Application contexts suited to BL review
These are equipment application contexts. They are not project references and do not guarantee that every model fits every liquid condition.
Aquaculture
Review flow, head, liquid, materials and submergence conditions before model selection.
Irrigation
Confirm the duty point, electrical supply, discharge and operating schedule for the actual system.
Water drainage
Select equipment by flow and head; do not extend this context to unverified wastewater duties.
Landscape fountains
Check circulation flow, head, liquid and installation conditions against the selected model.
04 · KEY TECHNICAL DATA
BL data for four models
The flow and head values below are rated points for each model, not whole-family maxima or selection guarantees.
BL Series — model order: 63.7 / 85.5 / 107.5 / 1211

05 · PERFORMANCE AND DUTY RANGE
Four BL 50 Hz curves, confirmed by exact model
Do not derive extra numerical points from the raster graph or select a pump only from the rated point. Confirm the model against the correct curve and operating data.
Flow + head + operating conditions
Check the duty point on the exact model curve together with the liquid, electrical supply, submergence condition and operating schedule.
BL-63.7 · BL-85.5 · BL-107.5 · BL-1211

The graph uses head in metres and flow in m³/min and m³/h. Values are not digitized or interpolated from the image.
Request the curve and duty review
Send the proposed model, flow, head, liquid, electrical supply and installation conditions to request the correct curve and selection data.
06 · MATERIALS AND CONFIGURATION
Materials confirmed by component and model
One component material is not used to describe the complete pump. Confirm the final supplied configuration by model.
SUS304 / SUS304
Applies only to the stated components; confirm the final configuration by model.
HT200 / HT200 / BC6
Component materials from the BL column; do not convert them into a whole-pump material statement.
SiC / SiC · ALBC3

Double mechanical seal and axial-flow / mixed-flow impeller; confirm the exact impeller geometry by model.
07 · INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
Installation and operating conditions by BL model
McKarlen provides equipment-related guidance. System design and site execution remain with the responsible project parties.
08 · TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
BL documents provided by model
Send the model, duty point and intended use to request the appropriate curve, datasheet, drawing and material confirmation.
Selection documents
Issued after confirming the model and duty point.
Configuration documents
Confirm the revision before use.
10 · SPARE PARTS, WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES
Support based on the model, equipment identity and operating conditions
Provide pump photos, nameplate details, delivery records, duty point and actual operating condition for review.
Model-based spare parts
Identify parts from the model, configuration, serial details and photos of the required component.
Warranty request
Review delivery records, operating data, liquid conditions and inspection evidence.
After-sales technical support
Equipment-related guidance, data review and product-document support.
11 · MODEL SELECTION
Submit the duty point to confirm a BL model
The technical team will review the data, identify missing inputs and discuss the required model, configuration and documents.
