01 · VERTICAL MULTISTAGE PUMP
HCR Series
Vertical multistage centrifugal pumps for clean-water and industrial-water duties. The model, duty point, materials, seal and operating pressure are confirmed against the actual application data.

02 · TYPE AND SERIES POSITION
A vertical pump family for duties requiring multiple stages
HCR is selected by model, duty point and configuration. A model shown in the catalogue is not automatically suitable for every application or continuously available.

Vertical multistage centrifugal pump
The multistage configuration is reviewed against the required flow, head, liquid, temperature and pressure.
- Duty point by model
- Materials by wetted component
- Seal configuration by operating condition

HCR64 is the controlled model name
Active model scope and supply availability are confirmed for each enquiry; the HCR65 name is not used.
- No complete public active-model list
- No inferred whole-series technical range
- Configuration confirmed before documents are issued
03 · EQUIPMENT APPLICATIONS
Clean-water and industrial-water duties confirmed by model
These are equipment application directions. Final suitability is checked against the duty point, liquid, materials and operating conditions.
Clean-water Transfer
Review flow, head, temperature and material requirements before selection.
Industrial Water Supply
Select the model against the actual duty point and factory operating conditions.
Pressure Boosting
Confirm inlet pressure, duty point and the pressure limits of the configuration.
Water-treatment Feed
Review liquid compatibility, materials, seal and operating requirements by model.
Technical-water Circulation
Review temperature, flow, head and the operating schedule of the water circuit.
Qualified Hot-water Duty
Up to 120°C only with a suitable model, seal, material and pressure configuration.
04 · KEY TECHNICAL DATA
Four controlled public boundaries
Every value below carries a qualification. Flow, head, speed, connection and operating pressure remain model-specific.
HCR Series — qualified public data
No universal range for the complete series
The pump-selection record controls the model, configuration and documents issued.
05 · PERFORMANCE AND DUTY RANGE
The selected model curve defines the duty point
No whole-series flow, head or pressure range is published for HCR.
Flow + head + pressure
The duty point is checked on the selected model’s curve. Operating pressure must be reviewed with temperature, inlet pressure and pump configuration.
06 · MATERIALS AND CONFIGURATION
304 / 316 availability is confirmed by model and component
304 or 316 must not be read as the default material for every HCR model and every component.
Type and temperature
Provide the liquid composition, normal temperature and abnormal operating conditions.
Wetted components
Stainless-steel 304 / 316 scope is confirmed by model and individual wetted component.
Seal, motor and pressure
Select against the liquid, temperature, pressure, electrical supply and operating schedule.
07 · INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
Review equipment-related conditions before confirming the model
McKarlen provides pump-related guidance. System design and site installation remain with the responsible project parties.
08 · TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
Public catalogue and model-specific requests
The controlled public HCR catalogue is available directly. Curves, drawings and datasheets are supplied for the confirmed model.
Public Download
Controlled HCR document approved for public access.
Request by Model
Provide the model or duty point to receive the correct document.
10 · SPARE PARTS, WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES
Support based on the model, serial information and operating conditions
Provide equipment photos, nameplate information, delivery records and operating details for technical review.
Model-specific spare parts
Identify parts from the model, serial information, configuration and photos of the required component.
Warranty requests
Review delivery records, operating conditions and actual inspection findings.
After-sales technical support
Equipment-related guidance, operating-data review and product-document support.
11 · MODEL SELECTION
Submit the duty point to confirm the appropriate HCR model
The technical team will review the data, identify missing inputs and discuss the required model, configuration and documents.
