Warranty requests are reviewed against the product model, serial information, delivery records, operating conditions and the actual inspection findings.
Installation, piping, power-supply, operating-condition and equipment-selection issues are assessed separately before the applicable warranty scope is confirmed.
Please provide equipment photos, nameplate information, operating details and relevant delivery documents for technical review.
