01 · INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER SUBMERSIBLE PUMP
ACI Series
Industrial wastewater submersible pumps for factory wastewater, sump pits, building drainage and basement drainage. The model is confirmed against flow, head, wastewater characteristics, solids and sump conditions.

02 · TYPE AND SERIES POSITION
A submersible pump family for wastewater collection and drainage
ACI is selected against the wastewater, solids, duty point, sump and removal conditions. Product images identify the ACI Series only and do not assign an unconfirmed model.

Industrial wastewater submersible pump
The pump operates submerged in a sump or collection area and is selected from wastewater data and the required operating duty.
- Duty point by model
- Solids characteristics to be confirmed
- Sump conditions to be reviewed

Confirmed by model and liquid
Motor, impeller, solids passage, connection and materials are not applied as one common specification across every model.
- No complete whole-series range is published
- No specification is inferred from image labels
- Documents are issued for the selected model
03 · EQUIPMENT APPLICATIONS
Five controlled application directions
Final suitability depends on the actual wastewater, solids, duty point and operating conditions.
Industrial Wastewater
Review the wastewater source, solids, temperature and material requirements by model.
Factory Drainage
For production areas, utility zones and water-collection points within a factory site.
Sump Pits
Select against inflow, total head, sump dimensions and maintenance access.
Building Drainage
Review the technical drainage duty for buildings and related facilities.
Basement Drainage
Assess water levels, standby requirements and the discharge route to the receiving system.
04 · KEY TECHNICAL DATA
Key technical data is confirmed by model
The ACI baseline does not authorize a common whole-series motor, flow, head, speed or connection range.
ACI Series — model-controlled data
Selection cannot rely on one input
Wastewater and solids characteristics can change the hydraulic configuration, materials and installation conditions.
05 · PERFORMANCE AND DUTY
Flow and head must be reviewed with the wastewater characteristics
Pipe diameter or static lift alone is not enough to determine an ACI model.
Duty point + wastewater + solids
Total head includes static lift and pipe losses at the design flow. Pump configuration must be reviewed with solids, sump conditions and operating mode.
06 · MATERIALS AND CONFIGURATION
Confirmed against the wastewater, solids and model
No common whole-series material, impeller or protection specification is published for every ACI model.
Impeller and solids passage
The configuration is selected against the solids characteristics and required duty point.
Wastewater-contact components
Materials are confirmed by model, wastewater characteristics and operating conditions.
Motor, sealing and protection
Seal, cable, protection and electrical supply are confirmed for the proposed model.
07 · INSTALLATION CONDITIONS
Review the sump and equipment-removal access
McKarlen provides pump-related guidance. Sump design, system design and site execution remain with the relevant project parties.
08 · TECHNICAL DOCUMENTS
Public catalogue and model-specific documents
The ACI catalogue is available directly. Curves, drawings, datasheets and material confirmation are issued for the selected model.
Public Download
The controlled ACI public document is available for direct access.
Request by Model
Provide the model or duty point to receive the correct documents.
10 · SPARE PARTS, WARRANTY AND AFTER-SALES
Support based on model, serial information and operating conditions
Provide equipment photos, nameplate information, delivery records and wastewater data for technical review.
Model-specific Spare Parts
Identify parts from the model, serial information, configuration and photos of the required component.
Warranty Intake
Review delivery records, operating conditions and actual inspection findings.
After-sales Technical Support
Equipment-related guidance, operating-data review and product documentation support.
11 · MODEL SELECTION
Submit wastewater data and the duty point for ACI selection
The technical team will review the inputs, identify missing information and discuss the model, configuration and required documents.
